I hired Cai for a surprise proposal photo shoot and he provided a 5 star experience from start to finish. He was quick to respond when I first reached out for an estimate. His prices were competitive / more than fair for the high quality of his work. He set up a phone call with me to make sure he understood all of the details of my surprise and to make sure we were on the same page. When the proposal day arrived he was timely and executed the photos perfectly. Lastly, his turnaround time (from taking the photos to getting us drafts to completing the final edits) was very quick (1-2 days). And the proposal photos were so good we were able to also use them as engagement photos. 10/10 would recommend.

Cai was super sweet, accomodating, and provided the best customer service I could ever hope to find as a new customer. Although some unforseen changes made it to where I did not get a chance to book him for a shoot, he was nevertheless very professional and genuinely sweet in answering questions and responding fast. Speaking from past experience, it's very rare that you can even get a reply from a photographer that already has high reviews and one that showcases a welcoming personality like Cai.
