I really don’t know how to write I’m very bad with sharing my experience. but since I entered the store and talk to Gabriel I was impressed with his customer service skills oh my god finally I met a real honest humble and respectful salesman. He is so professional and educated with many watches brand not just breitling.I’m a collector and I own many brands and it’s very hard for me to like any watch but cause of Gabriel and the way he was dealing with me I decided to buy a 2 watches right away. One of the watches was on hold for another customer but he promised me he will get me one soon. And he talked to the manger and I was impressed with the manager (❤️Nate)as well. Such a very humble and friendly person. He spent with me a long time without pushing or forcing to buy anything. I’m very happy and totally satisfied with the customer service and everyone in the store 🥰😍🥰😍 also evylen was so sweet

I walked on yesterday to buy my first Breitling watch, not only I am super happy with the watch but also impressed with Evelyn’s service. Both her and her manager went above and beyond pairing ny watch to a bracelet that I liked better than the one on the watch initially.
The watch is beautiful and I’m very happy I decided to walk into Breitling over other high end watch brands.

Dear upper management,

I do not like leaving negative reviews for any business but I really feel that what I’ve experienced is unacceptable.

I took my watch in for service this April (2024) and I have not received it back (today is October 4th). First there were some delays because the service went up 3X from the last time I had it serviced (2 years prior) and no one had any kind of logical explanation. After that I gave the green light for the service on June 6th and have not gotten my watch back.

On top of that, there have been 3 times now that I’ve had to send multiple emails in order to get a response. Not reading email or not responding to them for 10+ days is completely unacceptable in my opinion.

Being a luxury brand specially it’s really unfortunate that one of the boutiques (only one in San Diego,CA) has such low standard in customer service.

Went to Fashion Valley mall a while back and saw some nice watches at this store. The sales associate, Evelyn Carranza, was extremely helpful. Bought a Limited Edition Superocean Heritage B01 chronograph 44 and I love it. Although I don't wear watches often, It's a nice accessory for when you need it. Thank you for having excellent customer service!

I recently traveled to the Breitling store in Fashion Valley and had some questions about a watch that I had purchased previously. While we were speaking, I noticed a beautiful green watch in a special case. I asked Evelyn about it and she graciously presented me the gorgeous timepiece to examine. After several minutes of really looking at it, I told her I would think on it and get back to her. After walking around the mall I returned and asked her to see it again. After she explained in detail the differences over other watches and this was a 1 in 500 limited edition, I decided to purchase it. I have been wearing it for over two weeks and have had nothing but compliments on it. If you are in search of a quality Breitling store with competent and extremely knowledgeable people, please visit Fashion Valley and ask for Evelyn.

Excellent customer service! This is the first time ever writing a review but feel it is much deserved. We worked with Evelyn at the San Diego location. This was not a typical purchase as we had several requests that made her job slightly more challenging. She went above and beyond to assist us and never once made us feel like a bother. She was exceptionally accommodating and maintained a wonderfully friendly attitude through the whole process.
