I love the fact that as soon as I brought my late father's Pentax Super program film camera in while attending a photographer appreciation event they had, in to see if they could repair it for a flat fee of $125. And they were able to take it right away. And if it's something that can't be fixed, I'll get my money back. I'm excited to see what this entails. And I'm happy that this service is even being offered and I lucked out what I came here for the event I'm attending.

I had the best experience! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a nice guy named Michael, and he spent an hour talking to me and helping me find what I needed. Best place to buy cameras (I purchased a film camera). He even helped me figure out what film to get and showed me how to use it! 10/10

Really great place for camera equipment and developing film. I ran out of chemicals to develop my own and they had my roll done in just a few days. I also broke my lens filter and it got stuck and I couldn’t get it off. They helped me get it off in less than 5 minutes, got me a new one put on. They did end up cutting a small part on the plastic of the lens but I fully expected that because of how bad the filter metal was stuck. I usually send off my equipment to get fixed at B+H Photo online but this was convenient. Thank you so much!

I really really appreciate Jennifer. She helped me all the way and she were honest. I went to multiple stores and all of them told me that the camera doesn’t work. she fixed it with a simple memory card. It was wrong inside the camera. I always gonna recommend this store and if you guys need anything go to Jennifer, thank you so much guys.
