Egan was so helpful and enthusiastic when I came in to get my film developed! It was my first time diving into film so he also gave me so many helpful pointers for the future. The turnaround time was very quick and reasonable, as I was not in a rush to get my scans back anyways.

I messed up the film on my end (my mistake when loading and taking the film out) but the quality of the scans was still incredible! I’m definitely coming back to Annandale Photo & Camera and will make sure to tell my friends to use Egan’s services as well!

Unprofessional experience; the photo was printed and handed to use crumpled on the bottom, when we brought this to the owners attention he confidently said it would not show up in the frame so we trusted him and left. When we got the custom frame back, you could easily tell that the picture had crinkles at the bottom of it. We called to have it re-printed at no cost; when we arrived to pick up the new print, the crop was completely wrong and not how the previous picture was done and when we mentioned this to the owner he said that he can not print this size and that the crinkle in the original photo was the machines fault not his. Overall, dissatisfied with the service and the owners arrogance and approach to customer service.

The owner was unprofessional and impatient. He just took one photo and asked me if it was good even when my eyes were half open. He said both of them were good and asked me to trust him. I was hesitant and ended up paid for two photos but none of them can be used. It took me about 40 dollars and have to retake it myself.

Igan, the store clerk is always friendly and helpful. If you drop off film to get developed, he usually gets it within one or two days, so it's very speedy. When I came in, one of my rolls of film didn't properly expose, and he showed me how to operate my camera such that I could avoid an issue like that in the future. Overall, I would recommend. Recommend. My only concern is that the 35mm film scans are fairly low resolution

listen call this man Mr Egan show some respect, he’s the best in the area. His prices are the lowest i’ve ever been to and i bike from southeast washington dc just to drop of rolls of film. color or black & white, it doesn’t matter call Mr Egan at 10am or so and be polite and he’ll make anything happen for you, often times same day return on 35mm development (this is the service i ask for, he also develops 120mm/medium format)
