They've printed each of my three daughter's wedding pictures over the last 7 years (last one this March) - from 4x6 to really big portraits to display and the quality is always outstanding! It's my little life hack to use their photo lab for professional results and frame ourselves so it looks like we ordered from an expensive studio. Please note though our photographer is a professional and amazing so that helps - but I wouldn't trust these special projects to anyone other than Allen's. Thank you!!

I had the best experience getting a high definition image from a family photo I wanted to use for the cover of my new book. The owner was there and did it on the spot, since I couldn't leave my only copy. Then their very skilled Photoshop specialist, Linda, worked with me in at least 4 work sessions, with me standing behind her, to tweak details: widening the image carefully to maintain the overall composition, lightening areas that were too dark, adjusting font size and color on both the title and subtitle, etc. She was the soul of patience and also followed every email request to the letter. There was never a mistake or omission. I just cannot recommend her and the staff at the Orem location enough. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could!

I needed to get my Canadian passport photos done after Fedex messed them up multiple times. Gavin was a true professional and took the time to make sure they were exactly how I wanted them. I was the annoying customer who needed them reprinted and super precise but he made sure that I was 100% satisfied.

Brett took great care of us. I had a little job that required some formatting, and he just went right to it and had a proof got is to look at in no time. We then placed our order, which was done in less than an hour. Brett really helped with our Christmas card.

First time going here and everything was great at first, staff was super nice, the prices were reasonable. I saw the reviews about a super fast turnaround time so I decided to give it a try. I took in some film to get developed Monday morning, I work in video production and in the social media world as an editor so I’m very familiar with how the development/drop box works. As expected when I went in to drop off my film they said they were caught up since it was the start of the new week, I asked the turn around time and the nice guy at the front said “since we are caught up, most likely the end of the day or for sure tomorrow” this is about the amount of time it takes at the other place I go to so I was happy leaving the store! Wednesday comes around and I just decided to give them a call about 2 hours before they closed since thanksgiving is the next day. I called and they looked up my order and said “yep everything’s processed and you’ll get the drop box link today” 3 days to get film developed is not bad so I was still pretty satisfied! We reached the end of the day and no pictures, I was a little disappointed because the next day was thanksgiving and I knew they wouldn’t be open(as they should have the day off) Now comes Friday and I’ve yet to get the pictures. I use drop box often to send photos/videos to my clients. It takes 2 minutes to get everything in there and to send a link. So to know my photos are already processed as of Tuesday night/ Wednesday morning and just sitting there and not getting sent is extremely frustrating as someone who knows how easy it is to work a drop box. I just wish they would have been more truthful in the beginning about the turnaround time.I’ll be sticking to the other store I go to:/

Been going here ever since I got my first film camera a couple years ago, the staff are very willing and eager to help, my first roll came back blank back in the day, and they were super helpful and didn’t charge me for it back then. The manager Jordan is always friendly and helpful when I come in, and Eli is super knowledgeable especially about all things film. Their turn around times are phenomenal as well. I’ve probably brought dozens of rolls in now and have bought almost all my film through them and have never had a bad experience.
