Aleskat Foto y Video

Karen Tascon

I called to get a quote for my wedding and spoke to Olga Vela the manager of Aleskat. Her business location is about an hour away from me so I asked if I can get a range in pricing since I had a budget and didn’t want to make the drive and waste both of our time. She rudely said “If you are interested you will make the drive have a good day” and hung up. Every business has a price point to which they range pricing I don't see why I couldn’t get a quote.

My daughter's quinceanera was on January 2018 and up until today (March 29th, 2019) I have not received all of my pictures!! They have very poor communication, but only after you've paid in full, because before that they'll call or text a couple of days before you're supposed to make a payment. Their work is very good quality but their administration is horrible for the more than $4000 they charge. I would not recommend at all, not if you want to receive your pictures in less than a year. I tried to call and se if we can come to an agreement and all I got from the owner was: " I don't take care of the administration but I'll find out what's going on and will call you back" .... I'm still waiting
