My daughter recently had some basketball photos taken at school. Unfortunately, when the order came in, several students, including my daughter, were missing photos from their packets. They immediately told the coaches and Quintana was informed of the shortage. We were told the photos would be mailed. A week goes by and no photos. I called the studio and they had been told by the coaches that 3 girls were missing photos but they still had not sent them out I was annoyed that I had to verify that my daughter was on the list of missing photos and after extensive questioning I was told they would send the photos to our home. It was pretty obvious the woman on the phone didn't believe that we hadn't received the photos but she agreed to send replacements. Five minutes later she calls me back with more questions and wants to know if the envelope had been "tampered with". I wasn't at school when the photos were passed our so I don't know. Now I am really annoyed. The woman just tears into me and says I obviously have a problem with her and that I am rude even though she is the one raising her voice and basically accusing me of lying about the missing photos. I paid for photos of my daughter and her friends and still haven't received them. i wish Forney ISD would use another company. I'll bet my daughter never gets her photo
