We won a photo shoot and a small free portrait back in August of 2023. We ended up buying a larger portrait and they gave us a discount for it. The process and communication was delayed because they were training new ppl and what not so be patient! but we received our portrait and it’s amazing! We are very happy with it

Having our photo taken as a family getting dressed up was fun. Looking at the photos was a little intimidating, but of course we wanted the biggest. I got my portraits back in about 7 months but it was worth the wait. I love the portrait so much and I am glad I got a big one. The portrait brings the room it’s in together. It is my favorite picture ever. Thank you to the Bella Luce team ❤️

Hello! I really enjoyed my ENTIRE experience with Bella Luce Fine Art! I am so grateful that I discovered them and chose to book my appointment for a legacy photo shoot with them! And that’s when the fun really began- almost like preparing for prom- there was the dress shopping for the right gown because nothing in my closet jumped out at me for the classic look I was going for. I selected an affordable dress from Poshmark in an emerald green tone that makes me feel absolutely queenly. I also opted to book a salon appointment for hair and makeup styling before our session. I felt beautiful and radiant for our photo shoot and I adore my gorgeous new dress that I will get to wear again and again.

I wanted to do this photo shoot with my best friend who I’ve known since birth. She is my oldest, dearest friend and she is the one who found our dresses (I am fortunate to be able to call her my personal stylist!). She selected a dress similar to mine in a deep wine color. We loved getting ready together for the photo shoot and we had a blast at the shoot with our amazing photographer, Sean. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire day actually because my friends’s work holiday party was that night after our shoot and so we got a “two-for” having our “look” down. We felt beautiful all night at the party and celebrated our photo shoot all day long, telling many people about how wonderful it was.

Thank you, Bella Luce, for welcoming us into the Bella Luce Family and for making our day so, so special! In my opinion, everyone should do a legacy photo shoot at least once in their lives, and I enthusiastically recommend Bella Luce Fine Art with their two locations, Anchorage and Fairbanks for the occasion!

My family and I had a session with Bella Luce, and they absolutely went above and beyond for us. From the moment we walked in the door, they treated us like royalty. Offering refreshments, offering to carry the diaper bag, etc. They worked so beautifully with my two young children, and captured the essence of youth in their eyes. I have since received my portraits and I admire them everyday. I can’t wait to come back in a few years.

Amazing experience! We won a photo drawing, and are so thankful to have received this amazing gift. Having a photo that can be passed down to future generations, is something every family should think about. We are expanding our family, so we plan to visit Bella Luce again. We followed their advise and wore formal dark colored clothing, and we were very pleased with the photo... timeless and beautiful. Thank you Amanda and crew!

I first learned about Bella Luce Fine Art when I entered their give away contest, we realized after I won that this business was in Fairbanks, AK, which is about an 8 hour drive from where we live. The give away we entered took care of our lodging, they put us in a BEAUTIFUL hotel which definitely made the trip in itself worth it. We had such an amazing experience with Bella Luce, from the moment we got there to the moment we left we were treated like family, they even watched my sweet little girl while my husband and I talked over the packages and options they had available. The photographer Becca was amazing, she knew exactly what we were doing and worked the photos around us to find the very best poses and pictures for our family. Teddy also did a great job explaining the history of the business and even took the time to help us get the best package for our budget. They offered a fun room for my daughter to play and watch cartoons. It is so worth the money spent and we will be going back again in the future to make more memories as a family.

I wanted to wait to review this business, but honestly we have been waiting over a year for our portrait and have been told the same thing over and over. We were told it would be 6 months…. Then 8…. Now the manager Sean won’t email us back. They don’t have a production manager, so I guess that means they aren’t giving anyone the product that they have paid thousands for? We have been kind and patient, but when you spend thousands of dollars and are promised a product, I feel like it’s perfectly okay to be upset when there has been no product returned.

At this point we feel like we are being scammed, Bella Luce please either refund us or give us the portrait we purchased.

Edit/Update:
The owner worked with us to make sure this problem was resolved. We did receive our portrait, and it is quiet beautiful. The craftmanship is a level of beauty that you don't often see now days. I understand that sometimes there are things in life that you cannot control, and so I am grateful to the owner for doing his best to make sure that we were well taken care of. I am leaving out one star, because I still am not a fan of how they approach clients after the photoshoot, and I just advise people to be careful and stand your ground. the free 11x14 portrait sounds fun- and it was initially. But they upsell you HARD...and I wish they were more open about the fact that the prices are 5,000-45k. (Not even kidding). Just be wise, and stand your ground.

We won a free coupon via a giveaway on Facebook and the experience was really nice there, fancy building, really nice front desk people. I just wish the process was explained more clearly, they take your photo there and send it to a 3rd party to "edit" it and then send it to "bay photo" which is just a printing company in California, this whole process took us 9 months, I got curious so I searched up the printing company because I noticed my photo was extremely low quality (edges were peeling, colors were dull, and muted) and for the fine art finish and the size that bella luce charges $3,000 dollars for, the printing company does it for $50 for also "fine art finish" and ships it within 3 to 5 days. We wore black in our photo and unfortunately the coloring was pretty bad so you can only see our skin and the rest blends in with the background lol. They will try to upsell you once you get there, but you can check the printing prices on the bay printing website which are much much more reasonable. Overall the experience was much better than the product, the trip and hotel stay was extremely fun and the employees treat you so well. If I was paying I'd be extremely disappointed, this photo won't be hanging up in my house but at least it was free.
