I asked for Sky 360 photo booth services in April for June 1st. Everything went well until the date of the party. They gave me a time slot of 9p.m. to 11p.m. I paid for the 2 hours. My full amount came up to $328. When they gave me a time slot of 9-11 I asked them if they could come earlier. I specifically asked for 6:30 or 7p.m. they said they were flexible and can work with being there a bit early. Once I paid the balance, all communication ceased. I asked at 7:15 if they were on their way since I paid the balance, and no one responded. Their employee Ali was in the door by 9:50 is the exact time I laid eyes on him. He is lying, saying I talked to him at the gate and would not let him in. The hall we were in is in an outside mall area there is no gate. He said the security guard would not let him through. I didn't have a security guard. I don't know why Ali is lying whose their best employee, but he is. Maybe they are trying to keep my money to fix whatever is broken on the 360 equipment because Ali sure dropped it on the ground extremely hard. I don't know what is the reason for them lying and saying I would get my refund twice and now reneg on it.

I would like to share my experience with Sky 360 to help give constructive criticism and give customers information so that you can make your own informed decision.
Pros
Price - I shopped around and definitely found Sky 360 to offer the best price per hour. I had them for my son's graduation party and chose the 3 hour option.
Family Focus - The 360 attendant that came to our party did a really thoughtful gesture and gathered my husband, kids, and I to go onto the 360 before the night was over. When you're the host of the party, you sometimes forget to do these things, and he was thoughtful to help remind me and get us all together to capture our own memorable videos.
Video Quality - the videos came out looking good!
Cons:
Extension Cord - Make note to bring your own extension cord because this is what was asked of me after I had paid and made the invoice. This wasn't told to me prior to booking and making the deposit.
Video Sharing - There were delays with the videos loading for my guests to download. I was asked by the attendant if our venue had WiFi. Unfortunately, I didn't have that, so he had to individually text the videos to each person. Unfortunately, there were compatibility issues from IPhone to Android, so that was another hurdle since not all guests had Iphones. The resolution was that I would get all the videos and share them at a later time. Yes, I got the video links.
Video Graduation Frame Template - My son's last name was misspelled on the video frame template. Some of the videos were captured with the wrong spelling. When my friend noticed it and told me, I let the attendant know. He then asked me, "do you want me to fix it?" To which I said absolutely yes! So, he then told me it would be 30 minutes to get it fixed. He went to his vehicle and fixed it. He showed me the template prior to completing it to make sure it was correct and then came back in. Caused a damper in the fun for my guests.
Suggestions:
1. I would suggest that in the future Sky 360 gives the customers advanced notice about the extension cord (and should be part of the invoice and deposit discussion). This way the customer doesn't feel blindsided.
2. Upgrade your cellular connectivity so that there aren't any delays with the videos loading onto the platform for guests to download. There's got to be a faster method. The slowness caused some frowns for my guests.
3. Make the video frame ahead of time and email it to your customer so that it can be reviewed for name spelling and make sure it's to their liking. Do this a couple of days before the party.
4. Show more customer friendliness and excitement in what you're doing (some of my guests told me the attendant was rude). This goes a long way, and even though there may be technical difficulties and issues that come up, be kinder and more tactful when interacting with your customers.
Overall I give Sky 360 a 3, mainly because in the end I got the videos I wanted and we all look so happy having a great time.
