Luis was wonderful to work with! He made my fiancé and I feel so comfortable! We won an engagement session from attending a bridal expo. From the zoom call where we got to tell him our story to taking our pictures, he was so interested in us and made us feel at ease! He made our session fun and we enjoyed talking with him throughout the session! We got to see some of the pictures in the session and can’t wait to see them all! We would recommend Luis to anyone looking for an engagement photographer!

He is super personable and wants to get to know you before the shoot so there is a connection. During the shoot he didn’t waste any time but also made it fun at the same time. I received an email from Luis Quintana studio indicating that I had won a free engagement session giveaway and the next step would be a zoom session. We scheduled the session for today, Saturday at 1:20p and I was even provided with a reminder an hour prior to the zoom session. I asked my fiancé if he could let work know that he would be a little late as this was very important to me. We proceeded to get on the Zoom session and waited for around 15 minutes for the host to let us in. The host NEVER showed! I called the studio, left a voicemail and sent an email with no response. If something came up I would have totally understood had the studio notified me. This is only frustrating because our time is valuable and we are in the market for a photographer but we certainly wouldn’t want to proceed with an individual who doesn’t value a persons time. While the studio’s work looks phenomenal, this experience raises concerns regarding reliability and valuing a potential client’s time.
