De mi parte solo quiero decir que ya tengo más de un mes que pagué las fotos y no me las an entregado 3 veces ee ido por las fotos y me dicen lo mismo que no las an imprimido donde puedo pasar a poner una queja

Me gusta algunas de la fotos que les an tomado a mis hijos pero me gustaría que sacaran más fondos diferentes con flores ? con cascadas?o no se algo que representan la primavera o el medio ambiente. Algunos fondos que sean bonitos nada más porque así muchos padres más las puedan comprar porque les gustan, porque el fondo de un solo color las fotos como que no.

No merece ni una estrella, aparte de que sus fotografías son un mal trabajo, son muy poco amables al atender al cliente, la fotos de mi hija nunca llegaron y me llamo una tipa diciendo que yo me había equivocado en el domicilio, siendo que esta guardado desde hace mucho en su sitio y no es necesario volver a ponerlo, no aceptan que los que se equivocan son ellos, en fin nunca llegaron las fotos desde septiembre 2023 y llame para rectificar o corregir el pedido y la que
Contestó fue poco amable y sin ganas de ayudar o atender mi asunto y termino colgando mi llamada. Son unos grosero, pues como ya tienen el negocio resuelto con la escuela, por unos cuantos no se le acaba el trato. En fin muy mal, pésimo servicio y calidad. No recomendable.

I was excited to receive my nephew first kindergarten school photos only to be the completely disgusted with the quality of the prints!! As a photographer who was professionally trained I EXPECTED so much more. They give you 15¢ Walmart quality prints but charge you $30+

This company was hired to take pictures at my daughter's graduation ceremony. Since we were notified that they would have 'professional' photographers there, we did not take many pictures ourselves in anticipation of purchasing their photos. We were given the sheet of paper with the QR code to view the photos online. Every time we tried to access the photos via the QR code or by entering the code, nothing came up. We called an were told that there had been some issues but they were working on it. After my initial contact, I never heard from them and tried to reach out multiple times contact them with no success. Two years later we still have no photos from that day. Fortunately, they were not hired to take the photos at my younger daughter's graduation this year.

Idk but this company needs to go back and review every single photographers gallery of the photos they all have done and see what that person is lacking in their profession and maybe point it out and help them improve or find better photographers! I received my 3rd graders pictures today and I've never been more disappointed. A good photographer will notice if a person is " picture perfect" and when it's not. And when it's not they will do whatever it takes to get it "picture perfect." MY daughter is wearing a dress that has overall looking straps on it and in my daughter's picture one of her straps is twisted and the other one is almost falling down. And my daughter is keeping her mouth closed and can tell she's really focusing on keeping her mouth closed so she doesn't show her beautiful smile. This is the first pictures she ever took without smiling. It's like Damn crack a funny joke or something to catch that one perfect shot. A good photographer WOULD DO that. Oh and can't forget the hair and the flyaways. Which they did forget! I'm so disappointed with my daughters school pictures this year. it sucks because I was really anxious to see them. only to get disappointed.

Their website absolutely sucks. It's always glitchy never works and remove stuff from my basket constantly like do you want me to buy photos or not. Half the time once it gets added to my basket it turns out the photos that I picked and the colors for my background that I picked are not correct in the basket. This experience is so frustrating.

I’m very UPSET WITH THIS school pictures it’s NOT the FIRST TIME THEY GET MY ORDER WRONG..

I was sent the wrong child’s pictures .I called them and let them know I sent them the message with wrong child’s pictures that doesn’t even go to my child’s School … it’s been a month since “my order was processed “ and haven’t received anything back.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DIDNT EVEN LIKE MY CHILD PICTURES

And I sent them the wrong picture back ..
