Laura was great to work with for our son's cake smash photo shoot. She always communicated well, was extremely flexible in timing of the shoot to accommodate my son's nap, worked quickly and efficiently to get the shots of a wandering 1 year old, made us feel welcome, and got us proofs the next day and the final pictures the day after. She worked with us to design a back drop and theme exactly like we wanted. It turned out so cute. The smash cake was a part of her package and she communicated the theme to her baker and it matched everything perfectly. She managed to capture every part of our son's personality in her pictures! They were exactly what we hoped for and more. I highly recommend using her for your photography needs!

Laura absolutely blew me away with our cake smash session! As a newbie to Marysville, and Ohio in general, I was feeling lost on how I could capture my son’s 1st birthday. In PA, we were lucky enough to have a close family member who was a professional photographer and took all the photos we ever needed. I stumbled upon Lala Lu Photography during my search and I loved the vibe and price point. I was surprised to learn that Laura not only takes the photos but she has a beautiful studio and takes care of everything including decorating the studio for your theme AND SHE ORDERS THE CAKE!!!!! I literally just provided the birthday invitation for inspiration and showed up on time! She delivered proofs with 24 hours and the whole gallery within 48 hours! Laura was spectacular with my son and got the most amazing photos for us! I highly recommend and am so happy to know that we have an amazing new photographer to work with for all our milestones in Ohio!!

Laura is an amazing photographer, but that isn't even what makes her photos so unbelievable. Her use of color, art, props, and backdrops allows her to make magic! She can make it look like your child (or family) is anywhere! Her photographs are so immersive and creative!! I wish I had the opportunity to have her start photographing my son when he was a newborn. Don't miss out on that!!!
