Walked in because I had an issue with my 35 roll inside the camera. I’m literally clueless bout it and the staff/owner just immediately fixed it and kindly explained what happened.

Glass Key is first class. I ran out of supplies right in the middle of a project. All of my regular suppliers were "out of stock" of what I needed. I came across Glass Key Photo online and they shipped me what I needed super fast. I am very grateful to have found them. Definitely, plan on stopping in their store next time I'm in SF.

I stopped in yesterday to buy a point and shoot film camera (as someone who knows nothing yet about film photography). The staff were kind, helpful, knowledgeable. Even showed me how to load my film before I left. They had lots of used gear. I will be back!

This store is incredible - every review is either appropriately five stars, or a worthless review from an idiot that couldn’t be bothered to respect the safety and comfort of the store staff and wear a mask during the pandemic.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, the stock of lenses and cameras is staggering, as is the selection of film, developing materials and accessories. I’m glad I don’t live in the same neighborhood as Glass Key and that their store hours are limited, because if either of these things changed I would be bankrupt.

I’m from out of town, so I figured I’d pop in. The selection is pretty fantastic, walked out with the exact lens I was looking for + matching finder. Went to pick up a roll of film, and the guy at the register said ‘hold on, got a banger deal.’ Handed me the same roll of film but repackaged by a different film distributor for $4 bucks less.

I bought a film camera in this store and there was a small malfunction in the camera. I took it back and asked the store. They were very patient to explain to me and then helped me fix the camera. I've never seen a camera shop that was so patient and unwilling to make me pay for the repair. Their knowledge of cameras and film is very professional. I highly recommend this store, they are a 10/10 in San Francisco.

This is an amazing shop. If I wasn't in a hurry I could have stayed for ages checking out their big stock of film, cameras and lenses. Really friendly staff too!

Incredible place with incredible people. It’s a beautiful store that’s crammed full of film cameras and everything that comes with them. The staff are the best part, so helpful, I bought my hasselblad from here 7 years ago, had it repaired recently and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The best!
