I will never recommend this place to anyone. They took the photo that wasn’t acceptable because they took the wrong size. I walked in the store and there were another 3 ladies with the same problem. The lady working here was very rude. She started yelling at the customers. My dad who is a heart patient had to come twice here. We are still here trying to fix this problem. The lady who is working here doesn’t want to call a manager.

Visited this spot to take my passport photo on 3/27/2022 in the morning. Service was efficient. I got two passport photos for $12. Didn't have to wait too long to get photo taken, the person who helped me showed me the photo to see if I was satisfied with it. They had a mirror available for you to fix anything before taking the photo. Owner and staff are nice.

they are very rude , they do not follow line even if you are with infant , also prise is very expensive and quality is bad. espacialy lady who is working there is awful, i am surprised anybody goes there but maeby them khnow in this area no more option , it is reason for expensive and rude service.

Zero stars please! I came to here for passport picture, the gentleman Just wanted to finish his work ASAP, the passport picture turned out very blurry, and the whole image looked like there is a gray tone on it. (Like the dead people picture) As a designer, I know there is something wrong, either the printer or the person who is taking the picture. So I asked for retake, and then he got the attitude to me and said because I had the makeup on!? I was like seriously? You blame on the makeup? You mean I would do the dead people makeup and walked on the street? The 2nd round didn’t turned well too, he just brightened the whole image and printed it out and the picture still looks blurry. But I don’t want to argue with him anymore because this $14. I’m not recommending this unprofessional photo shop at all, they charged expensive but provided poor value.

They don’t want to communicate, their photos not being accepted by USCIS and they just say it’s your fault, while they took 2 passport photos that are completely different in size
