Tammy knows how to get little kids to smile! Tammy took professional photos of a dozen of our preschoolers with great success! She used her fun personality to capture each child's individual style and joyous spirit in each picture. Tammy will playfully "bark" or "meow" during a session to get that perfect happy expression. Our children's parents were so pleased with the quality of the photos and they were impressed with how quickly Tammy captured so many fun shots of their precious kiddos!

Within 5 minutes of meeting Tammy, you can feel her warmth and kind spirit. She is beyond welcoming of all people and cultivates an atmosphere of authenticity and comfort. As someone who knows the world of photography, being in front of the camera, and the like, it’s imperative that the relationship between photographer and subject be relaxing. This is, after all, how they can get the best pictures of us, when we are in our most relaxed state, and fully ourselves. Tammy makes it easy to be yourself. Beyond that, her eye is spectacular! She sees the creative shots so easily and her edits are beautiful. I’ve had pictures that are too edited that don’t look like me. Tammy’s edits and understanding of lights and angles make it easy for her to get the best of pictures of us without compromising what we look like. I took part if Tammy’s “White Tank Summertime Series” in July of 2021. I’m usually really apprehensive when it comes to people taking my pictures. Only because I know what angles look good for me, or poses, etc. But I truly trusted Tammy in her craft! She would let me know if a hair was out of place, my necklace was twisted, ANYTHING. She is so detail oriented and she made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. We got to talk and laugh and get to know each other during the photoshoot, which of course, made it way more fun for the both of us. She is the perfect amount of personable and professional. The quality of her photos are extremely high resolution. I loved getting to zoom in to my photos and see the details of my curl pattern in my hair. It definitely helped encourage some self love for sure! I’m so happy to have found a photographer who I know takes amazing pictures of me. I would choose Tammy again in a heartbeat! I HIGHLY recommend her!

Tammy is the consummate professional yet she is so down to earth and relatable. She takes the time to get to know her subject before the actual photo shoot to talk about likes, expectations etc. My teenage daughter can be quite shy and not wanting to be center of attention but Tammy was able to bring out exactly what we wanted in the photo shoot based on the meet and greet before. The icing on the cake was receiving the actual images from photo shoot. The quality of the time spent and pictures taken is well worth the money. Tammy is the best bargain in town based on the excellent photos you will receive. Abilene has many great photographers but Tammy is your best option! My only regret is that we have not used her before this time.
