My Photographer was professional & very sweet and helpful
However, it is on the first come first basis. So, that is a drawback as you cannot negotiate on the pricing.

It was so easy to schedule a quick family photo shoot for our holiday cards. I’m so glad I found this service. Formal photography sessions in my area range from $200-$500 and I was able to book a session with a great photographer for under $100. I used Photosesh for our engagement photos, and their customer service went ABOVE and BEYOND to help save me in a pinch. Background: I did not originally book with Photosesh and used one Photosesh's competitors Snappr. The day of our engagement photo shoot, Snappr's photographer cancelled an hour before our photo session and mentioned the location was "too far" for them and would not be attending. This was completely unacceptable, and we reserved our engagement photo session way in advance with the exact details of where the session would take place and time. Not only did Snappr's photographer cancel on us last minute, Snappr also informed us that NO replacement photographers would be able to attend our suggested time and date and we'd need to reschedule all together. We specifically took time out of our days to make this work, and we couldn't believe a business would treat their customers so poorly. Step in Photosesh, and their customer service rep Jennifer. Jennifer was able to secure a photographer within our designated time, location and last minute. Our photos turned out amazing, and were received them the next day. Jennifer must have a cape hidden as she was a true superhero and saved the day! Any future photography needs, I will be using Photsesh as they value their customers, and I can't recommend them enough. You can rest assured any issues or photography needs will be taken care of with Photosesh. Thank you so much for the incredible customer service and once more going above and beyond!

I’ve used Photosesh twice for personal events. My daughter’s communion and for a birthday party. Both events the pictures were amazing! I’m typically always the one taking photos so it was nice to finally be able to enjoy myself and have someone else take those pics! Also, as a gift we gifted a Photosesh photographer for our friends 40th...they loved it! Booked on the app.
